In general, no videos from NND should be reprinted without permission. It’s only a matter of time before it’s brought to the attention of other utaites and producers, and they may ban the reprinting of their videos, as well.

I hope that does not happen! I pity the other fans who can’t read Japanese. It’s not that easy to navigate around NND if you have zero Japanese. True story. haha

Yeah .. I’m kind of in the middle of this issue, seriously. I really want to respect their wishes, but at I same time I want a way for the English-speaking utaite fandom to be able to enjoy their videos and songs.

Catering to international fans is always an issue. 

Like for example, JE (Johnny’s Entertainment idol industry) is really strict on anything to do with their talents being reposted, and especially on the reselling of concert tickets, but that’s the only way that international fans are be able to get into their concerts. It’s only recently they’ve made a side for international fans to purchase tickets, I believe.

It’d be nice if they could all acknowledge their international fans more, especially those that don’t understand Japanese at all ..

If they don’t want reprints then maybe they should upload the vids themself on YT OuO haha.

I’m sure they [utaite] know they have international fans but, as you’ve said, it seems like they don’t acknowledge us that much. Well not all, but some. It’s sad since we try to understand them and even learn their language just to talk to them. Oh well /lesigh.
