17 December 2012
After the success of the very first Vocaloid fan event in the Philippines, we’re on the road once again for VocaFusion’s second year run!
To get a feel of what’s in store for everyone in the next VocaFusion, The VocaFusion Team and Otakultura!® is proud to present VocaFusion: Achira no Akaboshi, a pre-event special happening on the 2nd of February 2013, at the Abelardo Hall Auditorium of the College of Music, University of the Philippines – Diliman. This pre-event concert will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
To make this live event possible, The VocaFusion Team has once again invited the well-loved Nico Nico Douga singer, That. Joining him on this pre-event is an extremely talented pianist and a member of the Japanese band MINT, Akai Ryuusei. To refresh everyone’s memory, That was one of the guests who graced the first VocaFusion together with Osamuraisan and Rerulili. On the other hand, Akai Ryuusei has worked together with That on multiple occasions, and has even released an album Vocafe1, a compilation of Vocaloid cover songs. This master pianist has also collaborated with other great talents, such as H ZETT M and Marasy.
February 2 will be an intimate evening to remember. Achira no Akaboshi sets itself as a pioneer in the live event scene as the first concert in the Philippines to feature talented Nico Nico Douga artists on stage. The tickets will be priced at 800PhP, 500PhP, and 350PhP for VIP, Middle Section, and General Admission respectively. VIP tickets are entitled to a meet and greet with the guests, plus free goodies.
This is just a taste of things to come. The road to the next VocaFusion starts here!
We hope to see you all this February 2, 2013!
About the organizers:
VocaFusion is a community organization that promotes VOCALOID and Yattemita (Nico Nico Douga) to the Filipino community. The team successfully held the very first Vocaloid-related fan event last May 20th, 2012 at the SMX Convention Center in the Mall of Asia grounds, Pasay City. Otakultura!®, founded in September 14, 2009, is one of the leading Philippine-based websites about Japanese pop culture, and caters to media coverages of Philippine-based otaku events and other related activities. Together, the two organizations aim to bring another year of VocaFusion to the Philippines.
Btw, there’s also an on-going contest on Facebook for the event! Just click on this link ☆ and follow the instructions to win a free VIP ticket!
Reblog and spread the word, guys!
So, part 2!
This will be about the event itself…mostly about my experiences though, since I was not with the sannin most of the time. But yeah, you’ll still get a dose of what happened with the sannin during the event on this post, don’t worry.
MORE PICS HERE LOL
I’m sorry it took me years to do this but anyway, it’s here~ Finally! How should I start? I know most of you who follow me only wants to know about the sannin/bishounentachi so I’ll focus my report on them, I guess. Haha.
NOTE: This post will be in my POV. Of course. LOL
I finally got home from our team’s beach trip with the guests. I’ll be posting reports about the events by next week. I have to rest right now and prepare for another trip tomorrow.
Last night was the best night ever! Hahaha. We drank beer and mixed drinks and jammed with that, osamuraisan, and rerulili. hahaha. Here’s a shot of the party inside our hotel room. [I blurred some faces.]
I was able to touch and play songs on osamuraisan’s guitar as well. T^T It’s a very good guitar, I love it.
P.S. I have more that quotes now. Hahaha!
Thank you :3
Hey guys! Do you have your tickets now? Don’t worry if you haven’t bought one yet, we’re still selling tickets tomorrow on the event! It’s not going to run out.
But before that, let me give you a list of do’s and dont’s during the event.
These are just the things that I can think on top of my head. Let’s all be organized people so the event will run smoothly!
Again, this is Jerii of VocaFusion. See you guys there!
or visit our website at www.vocafusion.com
P.S. I won’t be able to answer your questions anymore. If you have any, ask at VocaFusion’s Twitter or Facebook page. I’ll be out until tomorrow meeting bishounentachi at the airport and doing other things hahaha!
Hey guys! Only 6 days left before our much awaited first Vocaloid-centric event made by fans for fans. Yes, that’s right…just 6 days left before VocaFusion.
So, have you bought your tickets? Because if not I advice you to hurry and go to the nearest SM shopping malls near you and buy the tickets from SM Cinemas.
1. The maximum capacity of Function Hall 1 is 900 people at a time [
boo o.op]. SMX only allows 900 people at a time to enter the event so if you have pre-sold tickets then you could enter the event faster. People come and go so we just have to stick to first-come-first-serve basis.
2. There are registrations for certain events like the much awaited Meet and Greet and The Amazing Race. The registration is at the info booth which is inside the event. Keeping in mind the reminder number 1, I suggest you go there early. OuOb
Don’t miss the chance to participate in these lovely activities. Buy your tickets now or anytime before May 20! I’m sure you don’t want to miss the opportunity to shake hands and take pictures with our FLKADFASGASJD guests because I wouldn’t. Hahaha!
Btw, here’s the program flow for you guys!

If you’re too shy to ask on their Facebook page or Twitter, just PM me and I will answer it for you.
I’m Jerii by the way, part of the VocaFusion staff
[if you still haven’t noticed :PPPP].
See you all there!
P.S. To my followers, if you’re going omgtellme lol. I’ll find time to have a little chit chat with you guys. I might even introduce you to this person, I’m very sure you’d love to meet her too.
Sorry Pearl, I’m pimping you as well lololol.
Reblog and spread the word, fellow Vocaloid and Yattemita fans~
