Hey guys! Do you have your tickets now? Don’t worry if you haven’t bought one yet, we’re still selling tickets tomorrow on the event! It’s not going to run out.

But before that, let me give you a list of do’s and dont’s during the event.

DO’s

1. Take care of your gadgets and belongings. VocaFusion will not be liable for any lost items.
2. Fall in line properly at the entrance so that you can enter the venue faster. 
3. Always ask permission before taking pictures of cosplayers. Some of them does not like to have their pictures taken paparazzi-style.
4. Be wary of strangers who try to approach you. If you see anything suspicious, please report it to the organizers immediately.
5. Come early if you are going to register for an event. There will be no special treatment even if you have a good excuse why you’re late for registration for a certain event. Be there on time.
6. Always be respectful to other people around you.
7. Make sure to read the event details before going to the event so we don’t clog up the info booth with people asking questions with obvious answers. You can read event details here ★
8. Be a friendly competitor. Don’t be a sore loser.
9. Follow rules and regulations at all times for the event to run smoothly.
10. Lastly, always be happy! Go around with a smile.

DONT’S

1. Take pictures of cosplayers/items/exhibits unless you are allowed to do so. 
2. Force anyone to take pictures with you if they really do not want to.
3. Run around/play inside the function hall. There would be a lot of people inside and it may cause accidents.
4. Hang-out where people pass by. If you want to hang-out with your friends, do so at the corner or at the sides. 
5. Stalk the guests during the event. You might scare them. haha
6. Humiliate/embarrass cosplayers who aren’t wearing Vocaloid-related costumes. We do not want unnecessary fights in the event. 
7. Buy things from shady sellers. Most of the sellers on the event are booth renters, so if you want to buy things then buy from them.

These are just the things that I can think on top of my head. Let’s all be organized people so the event will run smoothly!
